After over 180 nights at sea, my husband and I have learned a thing or two about cruising. Sea days are our favorite, but we love to explore new ports as well.
Other cruisers and crew have always been amazed by the Cruise Notebook I travel with, filled with forms and checklists that help me stay organized. This is also where I keep my booking confirmation, receipts for pre-cruise purchases, and other cruise documents. Plus, just in case, I take along our health care powers of attorney, living will, and travel insurance info.

How Does The Cruise Planner Work?
What do I need to have?
You’ll need a computer and a printer to download and print your Cruise Planner.
Do I need special software?
You’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which your computer probably already has. If it doesn’t, there is a free download from Adobe.
What will I receive?
When your transaction is complete, you will receive a ZIP file in your Download folder. Click on it and it will open into a PDF file.
What do I do with the PDF file?
Print out the PDF file, either in color or black and white. Then complete the forms and checklists.
Can I give a copy to a friend?
No, this Cruise Planner is for your personal use only and cannot be copied and given (or sold) to someone else.
Is the Cruise Planner editable?
The Cruise Planner is designed to be printed out, and then the forms and checklists be completed by hand.
Will I receive a hard copy in the mail?
No, you’ll receive a file that you can print from your computer. No hard copy will be mailed to you.
Can I get a refund or cancel?
Due to the nature of the product, refunds aren’t offered.
What if I need more copies?
Keep the original PDF file on your computer so that you can download as many copies of certain pages that you need. Repeat for each cruise you take.
How do I organize all these forms?
I’d suggest keeping them in a three-ring binder. Instructions are enclosed with the PDF file for making your own Cruise Notebook.
What about while I’m traveling?
Before you leave for your cruise, transfer the paperwork into a three-prong folder. It’s slimmer and much lighter than a three-ring binder.
I love spreadsheets. Do you have those?
Sure do! The Cruise Summary and Cruise Vacation Budget forms are available separately as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets so you don’t have to do all the calculations. Want to buy them both? Get them in a bundle for $4.99, which also includes two cruise schedules.
