The decor is elegant yet cozy, with dim lighting and deep colors. Windows along one wall provide fabulous ocean views and allow for romantic dining for couples seated alongside.

The Menu
Tuscan Grille’s menu is a nice blend of familiar Italian classics and the butcher cuts and sides you would expect from an upscale steakhouse. Entrรฉes range from filet mignon to lobster rigatoni, and appetizers from creamy burrata to a classic Caesar salad. There are even a few seafood choices for those who crave something different.
Below is a sample menu for Tuscan Grille. Of course, menus are subject to change.
The Bread
Before the meal, we were presented with a basket of various types of bread. Our bread bowls were filled with chopped basil and olive oil for dipping the bread into, a nice complement to the meal that was coming.
To be honest, though, I preferred the olive oil and balsamic vinegar that was served with the bread on Celebrity Millennium.

Starters
For starters, we chose the crab cake, which turned out to be more cake than crab, as well as the pork belly, which was presented in a slice rather than the cubes we’re all used to. The presentation of the pork belly was a little disappointing, but the flavor was good.

Soup and Salad
We both chose the goat cheese and arugula salad, which was excellent. I always look forward to this dish at Tuscan Grille.

Pastas
This time we decided to have a pasta course before the entrรฉes, so we chose half portions of the lasagna and the lobster rigatoni. Both were quite good.

Entrรฉes
Now on to the most important part โ the main course. For our entrรฉes, we both ordered the filet mignon with house steak sauce. The steaks came with sides, so we chose broccolini aglio e olio, garlic mashed potatoes, and cacio e pepe.

Much like the appetizers, the entrรฉes were cooked well with rich and bold flavors.
Dessert
For dessert, Myron passed and ordered a latte, while I ordered a latte and the spumoni doughnuts with vanilla gelato. The dessert came with cherries on the side, and all were delicious.

The Service
The service at Tuscan Grille was good. There were a few times we needed to flag down our waiter, but all was fine.

Final Thoughts on Tuscan Grille on Celebrity Equinox
Our experience at Tuscan Grille on Celebrity Equinox was good but not as wonderful as our experience on the Millennium, to be honest. However, the combination of good service and delicious food made it a nice dining experience.
