Celebrity Solstice Restaurants: A Quick Guide With Menus

Celebrity Cruises‘ Solstice, known for its opulence and elegance, takes dining to a whole new level, so where to eat may give you pause. To help, here is a quick guide to the Celebrity Solstice restaurants. With five complimentary options, four specialty restaurants, and two exclusive restaurants, you won’t go hungry.
Remember to make reservations for specialty restaurants in advance, as they tend to fill up quickly. Don’t hesitate to explore different dining venues throughout your cruise; after all, indulging in an eclectic range of cuisines is an important part of the cruising experience.
Our guide includes each eating establishment’s location, food specialty, dress code, cover charge at this writing, and hours. Menus are samples and are subject to change.
Main Dining
Unlike Celebrity’s Edge-class ships that have four small main dining rooms, each with its own specialty, Solstice goes the classic cruise-line route with a single vast dining room. Dining is complimentary, but there is a charge for ordering certain extra entrees (such as lobster). There are two seatings for dinner.
Grand Epernay
Found on Decks 3 and 4, Grand Epernay is a marvel to behold. White cloth-covered tables set with white tableware are surrounded by cream-colored club chairs with brown and cream seats, artfully arranged on a brown and cream carpet. The main dining area is on Deck 3 with a soaring ceiling, surrounded by a balcony on Deck 4 above.

- Dress Code: Casual for breakfast or dinner; smart casual for dinner
- Breakfast Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Lunch Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner Hours: 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with seatings at 5:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Complimentary Dining
There are five complimentary restaurants on Celebrity Solstice:
- Oceanview Café
- Mast Grill
- Café al Bacio
- Gelateria
- Spa Cafe
Oceanview Café
For a more casual dining experience, the Oceanview Café offers a vast selection of international cuisine in a relaxed setting. From a wide range of salads, soups, and freshly baked bread to flavorful stir-fries and global comfort foods, there’s something for every taste preference. The café also features live cooking stations—such as an omelet station or a pasta station—where you can enjoy made-to-order dishes prepared right before your eyes.

- Dress Code: Casual
- Breakfast Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Lunch Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Dinner Hours: 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Mast Grill
The Mast Grill is my favorite place to go on any Celebrity ship when I want a burger. They quickly serve up hamburgers, cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs with your choice of toppings, including bacon and sauerkraut.
- Location: Deck 14
- Specialty: Burgers and hot dogs
- Hours: 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Café al Bacio
Need a pick-me-up during the day? Head to Café al Bacio for a delightful selection of specialty coffees and teas, accompanied by an assortment of pastries and sweet treats. The pastries are complimentary, but specialty coffees are not unless you have a beverage package.
- Location: Deck 5
- Specialty: Coffee, tea, and pastries
- Hours: 6:30 a.m. to midnight
Gelateria
If you are in the mood for something cold and refreshing, the gelateria offers a mouthwatering variety of gelato flavors that will transport you straight to the streets of Italy.
- Location: Deck 5, across from Café al Bacio
- Specialty: Gelato
- Hours: 11:00 a.m. to midnight
Spa Café
For health-conscious travelers, the Spa Café provides a menu of light, nutritious, and flavorful dishes made from the freshest ingredients. Whether you are looking for a hearty salad, a satisfying wrap, or a nourishing smoothie, this oasis of wellness has just what you need to stay energized and revitalized during your journey.

- Specialty: Healthy light bites and juices
- Breakfast Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Specialty Dining
Specialty dining restaurants are not complimentary; there is a cover charge per person. Alternatively, you may purchase a Specialty Dining Package for three or more nights before the cruise, which gives you a small price break.
There are four specialty restaurants on Celebrity Solstice:
- Tuscan Grille
- Murano
- Le Petit Chef at Silk Harvest
- Sushi on 5
Tuscan Grille
Tuscan Grille is known for its homemade pasta, but its fabulous steaks are just as wonderful. Check out their wine menu, featuring Italian vintages, and try one of their Italian cocktails.
- Location: Deck 5
- Specialty: Italian Steakhouse
- Dress Code: Smart Casual
- Cover Charge: $55 per guest
- Lunch Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (only on sea days)
- Dinner Hours: 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Murano
If you love French cuisine, you should try Murano, known for its French continental cuisine with a modern twist. Check out their extensive wine list, which includes both French and American wines.
- Location: Deck 5
- Specialty: French Continental
- Dress Code: Smart Casual
- Cover Charge: $55 per guest
- Dinner Hours: 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Silk Harvest
Silk Harvest was the first Asian restaurant in the Celebrity fleet. Now, however, it is the home of Le Petit Chef on the Solstice. When the show is about to begin, the lights are dimmed and a tableau is illuminated on your white tabletop. Le Petit Chef, a cute little animated character, tells a story as he guides you through your meal.

- Specialty: Global cuisine
- Dress Code: Smart Casual
- Cover Charge: $60 per guest
- Dinner Hours: Seatings at 5:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Sushi on Five
For sushi lovers, Sushi on Five is a delightful haven of fresh and flavorful delights. Experience the artistry of expert sushi chefs as they craft delicate rolls and sashimi using the finest ingredients. With a menu inspired by the flavors of Japan and a touch of modern creativity, this specialty restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of the Far East.
- Specialty: Seafood/Asian
- Dress Code: Casual for lunch and Smart Casual for dinner
- Cover Charge: À la carte
- Lunch Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner Hours: 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Exclusive Dining
Two restaurants onboard the Solstice are only open to guests staying in either AquaClass or The Retreat staterooms. Blu is exclusive to AquaClass guests, but it is open to Retreat guests on a space-available basis. Luminae is open only to Retreat guests. There is no cover charge for exclusive restaurants.
Blu
Exclusive to AquaClass guests, Blu aspires to embody “clean cuisine,” focusing on wellness and healthy choices. Found on Deck 5, the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner.

Luminae
Exclusive to guests of The Retreat, Luminae specializes in globally inspired cuisine that is sure to please.

- Breakfast Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Lunch Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner Hours: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Celebrity’s Classics Menu
All of Celebrity’s main dining rooms and exclusive restaurants have access to what they call their Classic Menu. In the main dining rooms, it is included on the menus, but in Luminae it isn’t.
Here is the Classics Menu from one of the main dining room menus. Unfortunately, it doesn’t list the classic desserts, which are Chocolate Cake, Creme Brulée, Apple Pie à la Mode, and ice cream.
